Girl Unmoored by Jennifer Gooch Hummer This is a really sweet and simple and cute cover. I love the title font and colors, the little cloud with the raindrops, and the sailboat. The sailboat is definitely my favorite part of this cover. I don't know how well you can read the words on the sail from this picture, but it says "What love means to me" over and over again. This cover really seems to flow together very nicely, even the quote at the top.  I love it! Whatdya think? -Amanda B.

Cover of The Day: The Gathering Dark

The Gathering Dark by Christine Johnson The thing I love the most about this cover is its simplicity. Nothing to fancy and too much, or to typical. The way the model's hair covers her face is unique and pretty mysterious. And the stars background adds some mystery to the cover. The dress is gorgeous! Loved the font of the title, fits with the background and the color blend perfectly. It's these covers that make me remember why I love reading so much! What are your thoughts? - Soma

Cover of the Day: Ink

In a perfect world, this would be the kind of cover that I would want to see all the time. Look at it for a second-- I love the little Japanese cherry blossoms that are incorporated into the design all over, and I like how it looks like it was painted with watercolors. Something about her face is a bit off-putting (maybe her lips are too large?), but overall the effect is awesome. My only real complaint is that the author's name is too small. What are YOUR thoughts?

Cover of the Day: Vessel

Vessel by Sarah Beth Durst What's not to love about this cover? The title is transparent! I never knew that would be a wonderful characteristic for a cover, so I'm really impressed. The model looks fierce and beautiful at the same time. The  colors are a perfect fit. The moon and the sand add a mystical touch. I'm in awe. :) What do you think?

Look-Alikes: These Girls and You Have Seven Messages

          I've long been a fan of the simplistic cover that You Have Seven Messages sports, but when I stumbled across its similar counterpart the other day, I couldn't help but admit that These Girls ' designer also did a fantastic job with the image. I really like both covers here, but I think, all in all, These Girls has won me over. Which is your favorite?

Cover of the Day: That Time I Joined the Circus

     Hey guys, sorry for no post last Saturday, but I was deathly sick! I couldn't even find it in me to read a book or post on my own personal book blog! But this week I'm back in action! That Time I Joined the Circus by J.J. Howard      This cover just screams "Interesting story inside! Pick me up!" I love how it has an actual circus pictured on the front. Complete with elephants and big top tents and all! It makes you  think how big a part the circus actually plays in the story. And the lights towards the bottom and the stars toward the top seem to make the book sparkle a little. It makes it stand out even more than it already does. Don't think less of me when I say this, but I don't need to read the synopsis at all, I'll be buying this one just because the cover is so pretty to look at ;)
